The place is well located, close to the city center, the V&A Waterfront, lots of restaurants on Main St, grocery store, etc. The free WiFi and the airport pick up are a bonus. I was in a single private en-suite for a week and had no trouble with safety. The bar is fun and a great place to meet fellow travelers.
