The description states that the hostel offers laundry service, accepts major credit cards (inc AMEX) and is ideally located near the hot spots in Miraflores. Well, there is no laundry, they refused to take AMEX although they had stickers everywhere and the place is miles out from the nearest place to eat or go. 20 minutes taxi at least or go the the petrol station 5 minutes away where you can get a biscuit. Although staff tried to be helpful,the place is simply not geared for what it claims. Simon, from England ~ 28th May 2009
