Nice new hostel, very clean and Paul - the owner - is very helpful. Was right in downtown and very cheap (included breakfast too). It's small though and therefore not very social. Only complaint I have is that when I arrived, the hostel had been closed for 3 weeks because the building next door was falling down - there was no power until 5pm and the hostel was very cold that night and there was no hot water for showers - I know it wasn't the hostel owner's fault but a discount could have been of Emma, from New Zealand ~ 21st Nov 2009

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a clean, nice hostel that's well located in Montreal. It's not a "party" place for sure, but I was happy to have a safe, clean, and cheap place to stay in this beautiful city. Also, if you drive, there are 2 cheap indoor car parks on Mackay Street.
