Hotel Richard in Paris, France

The hotel is located in the centre of Bastille and Bastille is a very nice part of Paris. Even thought the location is good, the hotel it self is not very good at all. It's not clean and there are bedbugs during night in bed. There are probably better hotels in the area. Do not stay here. Lina, from Sweden ~ 15th Nov 2009

I had bad experience on first night I stayed. I was checking in very late 11pm. The woman in the reception did not speak English at all. Prior to that I had to cancel one night of my stay in there out of 3 nights. I understood that everything was canceled. They don't use computer to organize booking system. She was very rude. And even though I overpaid I got a room but still didn't get my bed sheets. I didn't bother to argue and look for new place it was too late(nearly midnight) But day time s Denis, from Russia ~ 5th Nov 2009
