We are located at a strategist, traditional and modern part of the neighbourhood of Palermo, old in the City of Buenos Aires.
You can find our facilities in the ground floor, with the living room facing the street and the internal bedrooms convergent to a typical patio, characteristic of houses from beginnings of the XX century. You will be able to enjoy of the tranquillity in the patio during resting times.
* Strategic, as in the radio of 150m we count with:
Around 30 bus lines that connect you were you want to go
Subway line D, station Palermo.
Train line San Martn, station Palermo.
* Traditional, as we belong to Palermo Viejo or Soho, with houses with a particular and bohemian style.
* Modern because of its similarity to New York districts of Soho and the Village, were recycled and colourful houses predominate, destined at the moment for art, fashion and gastronomy, as a point of contact of the younger people
