The door for one shower was broken, the clip that holds another shower head was broken, and all the shower doors were very dirty. The mattress and pillow were lumpy and uncomfortable. Sometimes the automatic lights in the bathroom did not turn on. Christopher, from USA ~ 3rd Oct 2011
