Something I read on other reviews, but didn't really understand. BRING EAR PLUGS. Since there is no Air Conditioning, the windows are left open with fans in them. I didn't mind the heat that much. The real problem is the noise from the street with bars and crowds roaming around at 2-4AM. You either should plan to stay awake until after the bars close or find another location.Everything else was great.It was a good deal in a great location.But the location is what makes it so noisy at night. I did not have any major problem. Good deal for the value, excelent location, a lot of museums and bars around. The rooms I stayed was not bad, but got a little bit hot during the night. Because of that, the window has to be opened and we can hear the noise from the street. My only real complained is that one of the toilets got clogged. Antonio, from Brazil ~ 20th Jul 2012

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, my room was huge, and I felt very safe. Having the fridge was convenient too. Great location as well, 5 minute walk to the Denver Art Museum. I wish there was a fan in my room though... It was hot and I had to keep the windows open, but as it was a Friday night, there was a lot of noise from the nearby bars. (Calmed down after 2am though.) Hand soap in the background would have been nice as well. Otherwise, it was great! I would stay here a Karolina, from USA ~ 7th Jul 2012

I happened to stay during a period when it was 95-100 degrees F and sleeping was impossible because they have no air conditioning!The few blocks surrounding seemed a bit dodgy, but nobody bothered me other than to catcall.As a female traveling alone there were times I felt unsafe, but once I left the immediate area and went to the pedestrian mall downtown, everything was fine.
