So the amsterdam hostel is in a nice part of san francisco excellent central location. the rooms were horrible but the rooms dont make or break a vacation for me. My only complain is the beds and toilette. The beds were disgusting filled with pubic hair and and bed bugs. The toilette was always clogged. Other than that stay here if u want a cheap room.

it's in the town center. walking distance from BART powell station and that little red curly road (lombard street). you will also get a free breakfast made of waffles.

Beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, breakfast is non-existent. More than 1/2 hour queue to get to THE ONLY waffle machine you call breakfast and no one can find the syrup!!!!!!
