Very nice place. Rooms were great (regular beds, no bunk beds!!!) and the staff very friendly. Only bad thing is there is no kitchen (there is, but is off-limits, even though it is in the common area... come on, that should be public, its very important). I can't really comment on this hostel. I made a reservation and they emailed me back to say they were actually closed for the holidays and hadn't updated their availability. I walked by it while on my way to the Bratislava Castle and it looked fine though. Amanda, from USA ~ 24th Dec 2012

The hostel is really good, I was afraid before reaching there, but once I reached it was really good. car parking with good security, nice breakfast free wifi etc.. No doubt I like there ... SANGEETH, from India ~ 20th Oct 2012

This is definitely the BEST hostel I've visited. I can't even say it's a hostel. It's a real hotel. The rooms were perfectly clean and smelled nice. Sheets, towels, bathroom - everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and they also helped us in parking the car. They assisted us in finding a nice restaurant in Bratislava. The hostel is 5 min walking distance from the castle. a home-like hostel, the staff gives me wonderful advice on the food and sites to visit. and also help me throw my cloth in the washing machine. there's a family style kitchen with clean table and dim light. spend some time there. i shared a room with an old man who enjoys reading. Wonderful atmosphere and incredibly welcoming!They were finishing up remodeling when we were there and it looked wonderful!It's very homey and inviting, but also very modern.The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English.Our room (2 bed ensuite) was big and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.The only downside was that it was a bit far from downtown (bars, stores, etc) but Bratislava is so small it really didn't make much of a difference!
