Backpackers hostel Venice in , Italien

the hostel doesnt exist anymore!!! we arrived to the address and the place was closed and no one there. we finally found another place that was expecting us insted of this hostel, but it took us 2 hours of wondering through the streets of venice to find it. don't book this hostel, merely because it was closed a few weeks ago... shani, from Israel ~ 24th Aug 2012

The hostel has no identity at all, the location is about 1km from anything relevant and the staff is not helpful at all. There was no atmosphere since there is no common area. No air conditioning... Second most expensive hostel in the trip, no wifi (you had to walk about 100 mts to the partner-hotel) If you can't find another hostel... Mark, from Costa Rica ~ 9th Jul 2012

The listing states that Linens are included, but they're not.We tried to call the so-called 24 hour reception, but no one answered (person was asleep @ the desk). For fear of not being let in at 1am, we had to find other accommodation for the night. When I questioned the staff about this,and advised that regardless, we still had to pay for the first night - even though their reception was closed and I couldn't check in. The paper sign taped above the entrance, the unfriendly employee who checked us in (we met more friendly receptionists the next day), the average cleanliness of the washroom, the lack of internet access (said unfriendly employee did not make you want to ask him where you could find internet access) and the lack of space for meeting people and the poor value for the money are areas that could be improved.
