YOU CANNOT MISS THE CHANCE TO STAY WITH THEM SINCE THEY WILL BE THERE FOR YOU!!! THIS HOSTEL WAS MY HOME IN ISTANBUL. I MET NICE PEOPLE AND MADE GOOD FRIENDS WITH THEM. I ENJOYED THEIR NICE BREAKFAST. I REALLY LIKE THE ROOF TOP TERRACE. PEOPLE MEAN EVERYTHING FOR ME AND THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY! The place is very well kept and the location is good, if you like living in Sultanahmet. The staff are very accommodating. The balcony is quite nice too. However, I would say the security is rather poor, despite having cameras. Most of the lockers downstairs cannot lock, and the door to my room did not lock. I had several things stolen during my stay here. Also, it seems as though there were a lot of misunderstandings with respect to bookings while I was here. Poor "Security", because staff is not paying attention much. Sometimes the roof top bar was not locked during the nights so somebody might break in through the roof (easy). Poor in "Cleanliness" because our room was not taken care of during our 1 week stay. Thats poor, even for a hostel. The room itself was ok, except the bed linens had some stains and were a little dusty. Overall, the Value for money was good, and thats what we were looking for. Markus, from Germany ~ 25th May 2012
