City Hostel Geneva in , Schweiz

I loved this hostel. The staff were amazing and the place was very clean and I never felt unsafe. Great location as well.Plus- the showers were very hot and had water pressure!!!! Kathryn, from USA ~ 28th Feb 2013

a couple came with someone from the staff at 2 am and wake me up. one of the cleanist thrown a book i left in my room and after i complaned one of the staff found it in the garbish and he did not even apologise for that. lifshitz, from Israel ~ 3rd Jan 2013

The worst of all hostel, hotel, guesthouse, B&B in the world. It was midnight when the top bunk bed collasped and the person on top fell through the bed on the guest sleeping in the bottom bed. By luck no one was hurt. The manager then came, he never appologized, was insulting, smelled like alcool and offered as a solution to repair the beds and that we could then go back to sleep in these same beds...
