So happy we stumbled upon this place in Pai. Pai is great to begin with, but having a quiet, very bamboo beauty like this right across the bamboo bridge from town was fantastic ! Staff was incredible ! Very friendly ! Very helpful. Met tons of great people here. Lots of musicians. Friendly atmosphere. I plan to come back to Pai and stay at Darling View Point again! I would NOT recommend staying here! The location is all right and the staff are really nice. That's about it. The beds are pretty old and seem really dirty. Bathroom was FILTHY. And the worst was the partying. I stayed in the dorm above the communal area, and there was a rager going on until 4 in the morning. The music was so loud it was shaking the floor. People who weren't staying in my room were also coming in and out to use the bathroom as there's no lock. I switched the next night. Awful. Danielle, from USA ~ 20th Nov 2012
