The best hostel ever! The rooms are on the 4th and 6th floor of a building. Decoration is quite modern. Bathrooms are very clean. Dorms are quite cozy. Everyone has his/her own little space (lamp, outlet, lockers available). Within walking distance to most sights in Koln. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but it has everything. I stayed only one night to see Koln en route home from elsewhere. Very quiet, but February in Germany perhaps that's no surprise! Best thing is the incredible rooms - every one is decorated uniquely to represent some crazy 'former guest' character. In my dorm each bunk was like a stage, with theatrical velvet curtains. Another dorm had giant roadie cases - both had huge beds. If staying in Koln again, I would definitely return here :o) Adrian, from England ~ 28th Jan 2013

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I loved it! The rooms were cleaner than most hotels, the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. If you are going to Cologne I would highly recommend staying at Die Wohngemeinschaft. Robert, from USA ~ 19th Oct 2012
