The place is nice rooms are new and clean. However the experience was not that great because we specially requested to have a room on one of the lower floors (there is no elevator) and they said there was no problem. This was the second time I stayed there. They has completed their renovations and it looked new. We got welcome drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room they gave us was small and somewhat cramped, but for the money it was still worth it. The room was cleaned every day, and there was at least some english channels on TV. The best part of this hotel is that it is not more than 5 mins walking distance from Wien Westbahnhof, so it was easy to get food and other items easily. Wei Jian, from Singapore ~ 27th Aug 2012

Small room, bathrooms were a little dirty, had tiny smell. Great staff for the most part. They have a bar area, but as soon as you enter it they force you to buy a drink, so you can't just sit in there and watch tv or relax. Fairly pricey for quality compared to other hostels/cities I stayed. Overall: 7/10 Evan, from USA ~ 28th Jun 2012
