there seemed to be a problem with the booking, but everything worked out fine in the end, got the right room for the right price. very friendly and helpful staff, especially the German girls working on a temporary basis! thanks! jennifer, from England ~ 31st Oct 2012

Der größte Pluspunkt am Hostel war das Frühstück. Ansonsten waren wir leider nicht so zufrieden. Dunkle und dadurch z. T. "muchtige" Zimmer, da keine oder nur kleine Fenster. Zentimeterhoher Staub an weniger erreichbaren Stellen, wie z. B. Lampe. Schimmel im Bad. Und wir mussten erstmalig seit 5 Monaten Reise für unsere 3-jährige Tochter den vollen (Erwachsenen-) Preis zahlen, da kleine Kinder laut und wild sind sowie mehr kaputt machen. the only thing i can say that might need improving, is the location in relation to the nearest Metro stop. But this is impossible to improve, and actually I would have it no other way. GET OUT THERE AND WALK AROUND! The Metro is about 5-10 min walk, in a safe area. This hostel is my favorite I have stayed at anywhere. I was only planning on one night here and then that turned into a week. Stay here, you will not regret it. Marcus, from USA ~ 14th Jul 2012
