Great quiet location, walking distance to CBD, Ponsonby, K-Road. Seema is lovely and wants you to have a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and kind - kitchens had plenty of dishes/cookware/etc. Wi-Fi truly was free! Katherine, from USA ~ 23rd Dec 2012

I asked for a single, was "upgraded" to a double, which did not have a desk or chair and was right underneath the common area with people tramping overhead until very late at night.HOWEVER, the manager was wonderful, I had left behind my passport when re-organizing luggage and she made a great effort to get it to me.So THANKS, and I did enjoy the PEOPLE who were staying at the Freemans Lodge!
