All the staff was nice,friendly and professional except Jack(Gergey or Gabor,I don't remember his real name). He was horrible and unpleasant. Betty and Bianca were very nice and very helpful. Leszek, from Poland ~ 28th Apr 2013

Friends Hostel was one of our best hostel experiences through the course of our trip. The staff is brilliant, they stayed awake for us even though we reached Budapest very late. The location is extremely good as it is just a 10 min walk away from the city centre. The hostel is very well kept and extremely clean. Facilities provided are super! Great atmosphere! Usable kitchen was great. Quiet dorm. The showers did have water all over the ground, so my clothes got wet unknowingly cause there was no place to put them while showering. There was a mix-up about who was actually staying where that was disconcerting, but overall great place! I would definitely recommend it! Jennifer, from USA ~ 1st Apr 2012
