We lost power 3 times over 2 nights, one time for multiple hours. The front desk seemed determined to sell us a tour and asked us everytime we entered the building. Not the best place on the block for sure.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was up three flights of stairs but was nice, clean and bright (with a window). The staff were helpful and friendly. Includes breakfast with coffee, a baguette, bread/butter and fruit and free internet use. It's a bit of a walk to the Citadel and tourist spots, though. We would recommend this place to others.

we had a really good stay, breakfast an bike-hire was a bonus! although, some of the staff were pretty useless, we almost missed our bus to hoi-an and the staff behind the reception wasnt much help!! decent enough place though!

The staff r friendly and have been very kind in helping to arrange some bookings n travel needs. The location of Hai Dang is strategic too, just a walking distance to Perfume River!!!

The manager of this place is really helpful - he got us a really good deal on our room in Nha Trang - the laundry is quick, the free breakfast is brilliant. I've given the hotel a lower score for fun because the low season meant it was empty. The people staying there at the same time were all friendly and cool, but there were very few. In the high season I'm sure it'd be better.
