Uhle was very very helpful and knowledgeable on the area. I would stay here again, it was very comfortable and quiet which is what i was looking for

This is my 2nd time with Ule at Hoffmanns Hostel. We had a great time and enjoyed our time at Hoffmans. It is off the beaten path but they are right on the S-bahn going straight downtown. There's a beautiful park nearby and lots of stores. My 19 yr old son and I had a great time.

there couldnt be a better located or helpful hostel!Olaf the owner is awesome and a true man of his times!having lived in berlin his whole life!he has stories!he is a sax player, hostel owner and archoligist!real close to everything(grocery, bar, cafe,)inexpensive and calming.only 5 min tram to all sites in berlin proper.

It was just what I wanted - a bit further out from the centre of the cool Eastern area Prenzlauberg but I thought it was perfect. Safe feeling, quiet and easy to get to. Nice ping pong table!
