1. I wonder, why reservation payment was not included into final payment sum, moreover, I payed additional 10 crowns for every day. 2. One day the silence of the night was disturb by some young people, but other were good. 3. The hostel staff did not pay attention (welcome) that we can have a small breakfast and did not offer it. We had a lovely stay in this hostel, found no faults as it was great value and a perfect location, and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our quiet stay in Prague as a young couple. Toby, from England ~ 29th Jun 2012

There is nothing called reception in this hostel. Very poorly organised. We were outside for half an hour and there was no one to let is in. When we decided to get another hostel, the new hostel did contact the manager and then we could get in. Please do not go to this hostel even by mistake. I had a terrible time.
