I stayed here with my grand-daughters (10 and 17) and we had a very good time. The room was ok for the price, and we didn't plan to spend too much time in the room, but wanted to get as much from Florence as possible. The hostel is located minutes from the historical city. Super close to the train/bus station once you figure out the streets. Close to many attractions and food options. No elevator, but thats pretty common I've found in Europe. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room isn't anything to get excited about, two twin beds that are kind of creaky, a sink and a desk that you have to try and move around.
