Customer service was great. Small mix-up with a booking solved easily and minimal fuss.Dorms were clean, but some lockers didn't work! :( Lack of plug Sockets in the room, but 3 for an 8 bed dorm isn't bad if you have understanding "neighbours" Overall, very good! If you don't mind mice on the ceiling, it's a decent hostel. It really is what you get with that money. Bed and a good location. Had to sleep lights on so those mice wouldn't creep up on my doritos. Coffeeshop downstairs is a plus, staff was ok. If they just took care of that mouse problem and painted their walls, I would recommend this. Pekka, from Finland ~ 18th Feb 2013

TOP MARKS! EXCELLENT HOSTEL! This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Shower rooms and toilets on every floor. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is also situated in good location. Probably the best hostel in Amsterdam. Gee, from Wales ~ 27th Dec 2012

there is an overweight receptionist female. totally unfriendly and lasy. she killed my mood asking to borrow a box she answered with "F KI NG don't care what do ya want" the Cleanliness isn' t okay because of the HOUSKEEPER, SHE IS DOING HER JOB FINE. the place is messed up. I stayed there for the weekend with some friends. The rooms are okay, the beds seemed to be clean. And the staff was SUPER friendly!!! Negative aspect: The stairs can be dangerous if you're drunk. Anyway, we'll come back! :) Benjamin, from Germany ~ 9th Nov 2012
