Snidely, we haven’t heat and it was mid November! Temperature in our room was about 10 degree Celsius. Staff was very friendly but always has excuse that manager order no heat in room until end of November.

description how to get there could be better. speaking polish helps when communicating with staff. do not expect a breathtaking breakfast. bring your own yoghurt.

Despite booking online over a month before the stay, the booking wasn't recorded when I arrived, but they still mananged to arrange a room with little problem. Staff were more than helpful and very friendly, strongly recommended!

Absolutely no issues, the staff all spoke great english and were always very helpful, breakfast was good and the price of the hostel (v cheap compared to some) got you more than i expected (towels, practically private bathroom, bfast, sky tv). Would recommend to all and may even go back!
