Loved my stay here! Employees were super informative about what to see while staying in Kyoto.Helped mapout where i should start exploring the city. Had a great time chatting with the staff. Very clean and near place. Would definitely come back and stay. Cole, from USA ~ 27th May 2013

There were three separate shower stalls and sinks on the floor where I stayed, and I didn't have any trouble using them.The staff were very friendly and helpful - they gave me directions to Pontocho and Gion, and highlighted some of the more traditional streets in where, given some luck, one might see a geisha.Also, the rooms were pleasantly warm after sightseeing outside all day.
