Wouldn't stay here again, the hostel is not well facilitated (i.e. not enough bathrooms), most rooms don''t have windows, and it doesn't get much sunlight. That being said, it's in a great location and the staff are friendly, and if you're only staying a couple of nights you could probably put up with the negatives.

Kaixo was a really great place to stay! It was like a home away from home - we really enjoyed having use of the full kitchen so that we could cook our own food. The location is so great, you can walk to most of the main sites, and the beach! John, the owner was also so accommodating, helpful and super friendly, we had a great time!

I truly enjoyed my stay at KBH! Staff were helpful and nice and the location above the cafe was a plus. Highlights were definitely the guided bike ride and hike led by Cassandra. Thank you very much!!!
Warm wishes

Guy who owns the hostel also has an internet cafe around the corner with free acccess....... sweet! Hostel was hard to find at the time due to not being marked, the bar downstairs also belongs to owner so there's a place to hang out.
Owner is very friendly with a good overview of San Sebastian for the novice.
