I had a paid reservation for November 4th and 5th for a 2 beddorm.The hostel gave my room away to 1 male and I was left with taking a 4 bed dorm or nothing for both nights.The problem was never resolved.I did not get to stay there at all.I should be refunded and given a credit for my next visit. For location, its near the light rail, very convenience that you can transit to subway. Also, the room is clean with extremely comfortable beds and big washroom ( or because I live in a 2 female room?) Besides, they provide kitchen with microwave and washing machine, its better to bring your washing power :D Futhermore, they offer free breakfast which is 8 mins walk from our house to another building( Just opposite to the building you check in) But they dont offer meat, better to bring yrs Sum Wai, from Hong Kong ~ 16th Jul 2012
