Very easy to get to this hotel, especially with the road signs and quick bus ride. Beautiful view! It was also helpful to have a kitchen available. Ava, from USA ~ 8th Sep 2012

Good sized ensuite room (booked a 6 bed dorm but got a 4 bed room instead for our group of 4). Very clean and large TV in room. Only downside was lots of narrow stairs so not ideal if mobility is an issue. Samantha, from England ~ 1st Sep 2012

Loved this place and the staff. Mr Patric (hope that was his name) who received me was extremely charming, friendly and jolly good character. The other ladies were also very friendly and helpful. The location is quite good close to the river, walking distances from train station and the main shopping street and yet very quite. So much enjoyed the place that I extended the stay for another two days and visited many of the places in Switzerland staying here and Bern is almost centre. Abdul Hameed, from India ~ 23rd May 2012
