The staff at Le Simplon were awesome!!! I accidentally booked the wrong nights at the hotel, and they were booked but managed to find ONE extra room for me somehow when I arrived. I really appreciated it. On the other hand, if you are looking for a "hostel" environment, this is not it. They charge for breakfast, and almost impossible to meet people (It's a hotel) Max, from USA ~ 23rd Sep 2012
