Luna Rossa in Genua, Italien

the staff was excellent, they went out of their way to explain to us all of the things we should see/do in florence, they were so friendly. there are several buildings that are considered the "luna rossa", it gets a little confusing, but all seemed clean, just maybe a little bit noisy at times because it is close to a bus stop. other than that, no complaints at all! The best hostel Í´ve ever stayed at. Really serviceminded staff, nice and clean room with AC. We had our own computer with internet wich was great. SO great! I just needed a room for a night before I could move into my apartment, and it was just what I needed. The only thing was that because it was off-season, the Rossi was closed and moved to the Hotel Ester across the street, and getting my luggage there was no fun. Other than that, LOVED it!
