Horrible key system. Staff were nice, but the manager was SO rude. Rooms were way too hot. Street was noisy until about 4am. Would not go back and would recommend you go elsewhere. Tayloe, from USA ~ 11th Sep 2011

The rooms were quite small, and the doors difficult to open. The set up of the hostel was neat however and they had a few opportunities to go out on the town. The staff was knowledgable as well. Wel,, this is actually the worst hostel I've ever been. You can't do anything inside - don't bring your drink, don't make any noise, don't be at the terrace, don't be in front of hostel. Terrace is open untill 23h, after that - go to sleep or go to some other hostel. Staff is not too friendly, also. If you can, avoid this hostel or go to the Cat's hostel, which is just around a corner, and is more friendly place than this one. Davorin, from Croatia ~ 28th Jun 2011

Location is terrific!!! Just a short 5 min walk to Plaza Sol and Plaza Mayor, metro line 1 is down the street. Large common room, rooftop terrace with bar and a gym. The courtyard can be a bit noisy depending on the people who are staying there. My only complaint was the small rooms, literally just the beds and lockers with hardly any floor space...just a little small for 4 people to move around at once! Security was great, almost too great....took everyone awhile to figure out how to unlock the Alison, from USA ~ 8th Apr 2011

I have stayed in many hostels on my RTW trip. This was by far the smallest room, ever. We understood that we were staying in a mixed bed dorm, but it was as if the two other people we didn't know were in our beds, thats how close the beds were to each other. If someone had to get up in the night, or pack for an early flight, or come in late, the entire room had to be woken up. It was a mess. The hostel was great with its amenities, but the rooms were small and the showers grossed me out. Rebecca, from USA ~ 26th Apr 2011
