Select this guesthouse becuase there are too many good comments while booking,but I think this is a basic need only. the wifi cannot use at room although they have mentioned can be use, the bed with a lot of sound when you have a little movement. bed and room is clean. Great guesthouse in the backpacker area in a sidestreet where it gets quiet at night so you easily can sleep. Staff were incredibly helpful and when we told them we were going to the Mekong Delta a few days on our own they were very helpful with explaining us about how to get there without trying to sell us one of the tours. We left our big bags there and stayed a few more nights when we came back some days later and once again enjoyed the stay and all the great advice the staff provided us with nadine, from Denmark ~ 24th Mar 2013

We stayed 2nights in a dorm and 1 in a double room. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and had some nice tours at a very affordable price (I truly recommend the half-day Cu Chi tour with Mr. Bean!) Dorm was basic but clean and had a small "terrace" outside. The private room was also really nice, small but with AC, tv, refrigerator and own bathroom. We stayed just one night but were satisfied with or stay in every aspect. I would like to stress that the owner and the staff were very service minded, as for example sending my computer charger, which I forgot in our room, by bus to our next stop. I was very happy with my stay at Ngoc Thao. Only a short walk from many restaurants and nightspots in the Pham Ngu Lao district. The staff were particularly dedicated and very helpful. All spoke English well, and were more than happy to assist in any way possible. A number of tours to surrounds were easy to arrange through them and very reasonably priced. The hosts are very helpful!!! They gave a lot of valuable touring advises. They even gave me 1000VND for my money collection!!! Can't find nicer host anywhere else!!!
