One of my favourite hostels so far, such great helpful and lively staff (who were absolutely awesome!) offered us a free welcome drink and breakfast, took care of our luggage and even recommended a great place for lunch. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay in milano, just a 10 minute walk from theduomo! Great value for the money :) Sagaana, from Canada ~ 6th May 2013

100% for sure! Great hostel and INCREDIBLE atmosphere! It's a hostel thought in every detail: everything makes the place a great deal. They had some incredible ideas, such as to make a restaurant/bar in the common areas of the hostel at night, so people can get together with the people of the city. They do haircuts in the hostel if you schedule. And also, the facilities and the cleanliness were always superb. Felt really at home, specially because of the amazing staff. Definitely recommend! You will know the value of a hostel here ! I had only one day to stay in Milan, and was unlucky to have heavy snow that day. Though I didn't have fun in the city itself, I did have a wonderful time in this hostel. They create an excellent atmosphere for travellers to get together, talk and have fun. I enjoy the bar they operate a lot, the cocktail was delicious and cheap. The sofa was cozy and I had a great time making friends there. Strongly recommend ! JING, from China ~ 10th Feb 2013

Had a ver great stay at the ostello bello. Staff was really nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Location was like a five minute walk away from the part of the city pretty much everything worth seeing. They also let me keep all ofmy luggage there before and after check out time so I could have more time in the city. Only advice is to make sure you know how you are getting to the airport if you need to because there is no direct shuttle. Marc, from USA ~ 3rd Jan 2013
