Very nice hostel in Ottawa Dowtown, close to main touristic points. And very clean (you'll have to take off yours shoes at the entrance), staff is very kind. I recommend ! aoi, from France ~ 11th May 2013

I didn't stay long enough to really enjoy the place or get the real atmosphere. But that night i spend definitely encourage me to book again when i come back to Ottawa. The rooms are really nice. I was in a 10-bed room and was pleasantly surprised by the space available with also a little table stand and reading light and electric plug on each bed. I really enjoyed my time there and appreciated the staff incredibly. One difficulty I had was the cat in the main house. I had never had cat allergies before, but this time I did, and it was pretty bad. When I spoke to a staff member, he was very willing to check me out several days early without penalty, but he also told me of a feline-free second buildng, so I moved there and no problem. The staff are the best thing about this place. They're like one big family, and they'll really welcome you graciously. It was an absolute joy to talk and get to know them. Very helpful and friendly, they really make the place. Facilities are a bare minimum. Showers are clean. However, the common area has a cat. It sheds a lot of fur and smells really bad.
