Staff is friendly, place is well located and this is very clean. However this is SO little ! And this is so noisy ! Somebody was playing synthetisor / piano in front of the dormitory at 11 Pm !!!! John, from France ~ 19th Feb 2013

I had the best time in San Fran, and a large amount of that was due to the lovely people in my hostel I met. Everyone, from the staff to the other guests are lovely, the staff are always accommodating, friendly and helpful. Only annoying thing is the four flights of stairs to get up there, but the staff are so great they will carry any bags you bring. Great hostel A+ Sophie, from Australia ~ 26th Jan 2013

it was clean, great location and the staff very nice and helpful, only thing i didnt like at all were the rooms!!! i booked a 8bed room, but ended up in a 4bed room, which had no ceiling and no door, so it was actually a 20bed room since all the rooms were like that. there were also just one toilet and 2 showers, which were very small and basically the only place to change since the rooms didnt have doors. i think that should at least be written in the description.
