all in all a nice, neat place, comfurtable beds and great location. biggest disadvantage is that there is no chill-out room or common room so its hard to meet new people. doesn't have enough of a fun, backpacker atmosphere.

The only inherent problem of the hostel was that the location was still being "rebuilt", so there were noisy works going on in the inner yard and sleeping after 8.30 was hard...

This is probably the best hostel I´ve ever stayed in. The location is really good with only 50 meters to the u-bahn and right next to a wonderful neighberhood with loaths of restaurangs, cafées and adorable little shops.

Pfefferbett is a brand-new stylish hostel in a renovated old industrial complex. It is located right in the middle of Berlin off Alexanderplatz. It was surprisingly calm during night despite the hostel's central location.
The bunk beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a great selection of jam, ham & cheese. The only bad thing I can mention is the cleanliness of the common washrooms. The fancy state of art drainage simply does not work which leaves the floor in a sad con
