This hostel lacked any atmosphere, the TV room was so dark meaning people fell asleep on the sofas all the time. There were no lockers, fridge space or shelves available to store anything. Room was smelly and downgraded from what I paid for. Internet connection was poor Showers were cold No sheets given to me for the bed No tour given so I couldn't find the toilet No activities organised by the hostel and now one spoke to me in the hostel Hard to find breakfast It was cheap though Jack, from England ~ 12th May 2013

Planet Inn Backpackers in Perth is one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in so far. The atmosphere was great and the people working and staying there were always very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Planet Inn, especially cause it was so close to the city center and the CBD. There's even a free bus that runs from the hostel to the city, for all the lazy people! :-) Planet Inn is definitely the cheapest hostel in town, and you get the best value for your money! It is a complete dirty palce . If somebody has human sense, he should not try to stay there. All these backpackers should be removedfrom the wavesites. There are living just like as fourfooted animals, they are sleeping without removing shoes from their legs. It is a palce of drunker and for the prostitutitons.No body can sleep there with human dignity. Almost whole night lot of sounds atre going on, no body can sleep. This is the first hostel that we stayed in WA, and we think it's a good place to stay overall. We slept in 4 beds dorm which is quite ok for living, not too many ppl, but the WIFI is not really good connection. Cheng Chi, from Taiwan ~ 29th Oct 2012

The hostel was more than dirty, the rooms were smelling so bad that I was struggeling to fall asleep... My camera, underwear and shoes were stolen.. seriously, who is stealing underwear !!??? The people were really nice otherwise but the stuff was pretty bad.. unfriendly, not really willing to work, not really helpful... Insa, from Germany ~ 15th Jun 2012
