I booked a 2 bed room and got a dorm and we had to share our room with a third person. In the second night we also got a homeless guy in to our dorm. Also the Staff was using the guest toilet and there was only one. A lot of the facility smelled like urine. Fabio, from Switzerland ~ 12th Oct 2012

I give "poor" to staff and cleanliness because Roxy, the manager and apparently the only staff there, though she is a good person, she is a disabled.It's not that she is not trying her best, but that she just couldn't manage the place to be reasonably clean. She did provide me with a new towel and a new pillow, but then the floor, the table, the drawers and the pillowcase were dirty. Food was left in the microwave. Just a room with 3 bare beds in it with a horrible bathroom you share with staff . everything pretty dirty etc. it was cheap but not worth it Phil, from New Zealand ~ 12th Sep 2012

The staff was not very helpful. The rooms were very basic. The other residents of this Pensione were sketchy. I didn't trust the safety of the premises. Nicholas, from USA ~ 30th Jun 2012
