I was over charged from the rate I was approved to pay.The manager worked with me to reduce the rate, but I was still over charged.The day I was checking out, the police where outside my door investigating a car which had it's car window broken and the owners of the car were there also.Apparently, they had things stolen from their car which was parked outside near their room. michael, from USA ~ 5th Oct 2012
