The location is very accessible and the security is good,too. it's near LRT/Monorail and Central market. I stayed in the female dorm for 2 nights and it was clean and cozy. The staffs are kind. light breakfast is freely offered and the bathroom is also clean though it's only 1 bathroom for around 10 females. Overall I recommend everybody to go and experience.
