The stay was ok considering one night, the room was hot windows blocked, lil bit too noisy, the Lancaster gate metro station was 10 minutes away walking, the girl in the reception charge me with 10 pounds of deposit and almost told me if u r not here be4 ten am u'll loose your deposit

There are some add-on expenses (tax not included in the bill) but overall still worked out pretty cheap for an en-suite in such a great location. Our room was quite small for 6 people, but we only used it for sleeping, free breakfast included and staff were pretty helpful. Word of advice - don't pay on card they charge you extra, bring cash!

A decent hostel, though overpriced. It seemed as though they charged you for everything (extra taxes, credit card fee, map, laundry). The location was nice though - being so close to Hyde Park. Nothing too much to report here.

It's a pity.. it's a decent hostel in a decent location. But beware, it's the ONLY hostel that doesn't include VAT in their price that i've ever seen on here. That hit me for an extra 20 pounds or so and a ridiculous 20 pound key deposit. Never coming back here again until they change their dodgy practices.
