I highly recommend this hostel for every people who is travelling to puerto natales. The staff is amazing and they help you in any case, and they give you also really good tips for the travel. One huge plus for the hostel is the breakfast = the best breakfast ever in the hostel! It included home baked bread, eggs, oakmeal, coffe/tea.. all you can really ask for the breakfast if you're going hiking, which you most likely are if you are in Patagonia. I only wish I could put more than excellent for staff. They were absolutely fantastic in helping us with info about the area. Above and beyond, they also helped us recuperate some gear we had forgotten behind. The breakfast is all homemade material, which is highly unusual, and the better as such. I highly recommend! They have the friendliest staff EVER. When I stayed there, there were two guys from the U.S. that had just started working there and had done the Torres del Paine circuit a few times, and were very knowledgeable about what to expect. One of them helped me revise my backpacking plan and really got me pumped to go the next day! Both English and Spanish is spoken, which is helpful, and there is an amazing and warm atmosphere.
