staff is really great, easy-going and reasonable, atmosphere is pleasant, the place is super clean, very cool place! there are several hostels all on the same street and this one definitely has the best vibes. dont take my word tho, check it our for yourself!! david, from USA ~ 20th Nov 2012

I was kinda ambivalent when I first enter the hostel. The manager of the premise is quite friendly but the reception area and common area is poorly lit with old furnitures and TV set. I was shown to a room where the door is just a piece of wood with hinges, without any handle or lock. It cannot be closed properly. There was no proper hangers to hang my towel in the shower. Floor boards are old and creaky. Overall, the stay is rather unpleasant although the staff is quite friendly. timothy, from Singapore ~ 1st Feb 2012
