This place is beautiful! And by far the cleanest place we stayed in Bali. The bathrooms were the best--a real shower (hard to find in Indonesia!) with hot water. The staff is really friendly but not pushy, as some people are. My only complaint is that the hotel is not really in Sanur--it's about a half hour walk (or an easy Rp. 40,000 ($4) cab ride) from the city. It's about a 10 minute walk from a black sand beach, but it's not really the kind of beach where you can sit/swim. Overall Tropica

This place was so wonderful! Everything was in order, the rooms were beautiful, the food was AMAZING, and the owners SO friendly. I felt I was staying with old friends. I recommend this to anyone who wants to experience real Bali and not a touristy area. Yet downtown Sanur is only 5 minutes by taxi.
