This was one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. The staff were awesome and right when we got there a guy named Jacob helped us out and made dinner reservations for our entire group of 19. Clean facilities, staff was VERY helpful (helped us with bus system, trip planning, Salzburg advice, and seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the city), wifi in rooms was great. Secure lockers, but bring your own lock. Clean linens provided, but you had to make your own bed. Soap and shampoo/bodywash in bathrooms. Facilities seemed quite new. A chill general area with couches, relaxing and social feel without being overwhelming. Close to a bus stop, but about a 20 min walk to the old town. Nicole, from USA ~ 1st May 2013

The hostel is right across from the Naschmarkt so you have lots to do at night. And everything was really clean and organized, got to pick up your linens right at check in to ensure it was clean. The bar was fun with a great environment and the staff was really helpful with all the questions we had about the area. Showers are hot and bathrooms were always clean. very nice hostel with unique atmoshpere and very contemporary design. only problem was the lack of soundproofing between the rooms on the 5th floor, where huge windows give excellent view to the naschmarkt street. staff was very kind and helpful, beer tasted very good in wombar and the breakfast was super. special thanks to Arnold for the yellow room!!! :-) dani und ági Daniel, from Hungary ~ 13th Apr 2013

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Every bed gets a light And plug.Key cards provided for the lockers so no need to bring a lock.There is a large library of tour books available to borrow ( with refundable deposit) and you can get a great deal on metro Passes at the front desk.
