Um dos rapazes da portaria trata os hóspedes como ingleses, portanto, não se entende o que fala. Problemas com pessoas de outra línguas, cujo staff não compreende nem faz questão de compreender. O minimo seria ao menos alguém falando espanhol ou tentando fazê-lo. EDUARDO, from Brazil ~ 2nd Apr 2013

Location wise perfect - Oxford Circus, very crowded and lively district. Shops around but not too close that causes noise and light disturbance. Easy to access to subway. Staff - Very friendly and nice. Atmosphere - Cozy and warm Cleanliness - Perfect! Nice and clean bed ware. Tidy and well-maintained furniture. Value for money - Absolutely cheap. Nice one, we felt very comfortable and secure. Hostel was very clean, showers and toilets were always clean! Location is amazing and the staff was always helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Annika, from Germany ~ 18th Nov 2012

The hostel is located in a good location not far from Piccadily and Regent Street. It is also within walking distance to Westminister Abbey and Westminister Catheral.The kitchen is also conveniently sited and adequately furnished.
