I got several bug bites while in bed. Also I had a problem with the water machine in my room. The water was coming out with big brown particles. After waiting 15 minutes for room service, I called again and they said room service could not fix it at that time and offered me 2 bottles of water in replacement. When I checked-out, not only had they never fixed the water machine, they tried to charge me for the 2 bottles of water. I refused to pay for the water because it was not appropriate. The En

The hotel was very nice, we were upgraded for free as the hotel had double booked which was nice. The location is great, walking distance from the Bell Tower and great restaurants and shops. The only negative comment is about the laundry services, they were VERY expensive. Though the staff did helpfully take us to a local laundry place and translate for us. Not a good service for backpackers though!
