everythin is so great, the place is so remote that the environment is really nice. the staff is so nice and welcoming. although we do have a communication problem, but they really helpful and friendly. the food is good as well. thanks Tsuribashi-so everyone. though we have a bad weather and not able to visit the seven waterfall. We look forward to have another opportunities to visit you again. thanks Alfred Tze

The staff were so freindly and helpful! The setting and location for the Kawazu 7 waterfalls was perfect! The meat option for dinner was FANTASTIC. A great escape from the traditional Japanese dinner. The continous waving on leaving will never be forgotten. A very memorable stay! :)

the location of the hotel is too remote and the arrangement on the transport is difficult since taxi is not available. the pick up service from hotel operates from 15.00 to 17.00 every day to meet the check in needs and nothing more. bus shcedule is also limited. would suggest to set up a charge trip for the clients whenever they need the transport.

We enjoyed the private green tea onsen with nice views of the gushing river below. Although the green tea mixed with the hot spring water was not as thick as featured on the Japan Hour programme. For only 3,000 yen vs the standard rate of 5,250 yen, it was great value. Maybe it was off-peak as we went on a Mon. You can stock up on some fruits and snacks from the shops across Kawazu station.
