Very friendly desk staff and location was superb- right in the center of Florence and within walking distance of everything you might want to see. Extremely easy to get to from the train station.
The warmest welcoming we have received yet from people running the hostel... they personally walked us up to our room... only downer was no kitchen nor breakfast... but the location was worth it!

My roomate and our moms arrived early, with one of us being sick and they were very hospitable to us. She stayed at the hostel and they put her in a private room until they got the room clean qucikly for her to relax in. The hotel was very close to Accademia and the rest of the city. The rooms were very clean, there is no breakfast but the staff is very nice.
