This hostel is right next to the East Side Gallery - a stretch of the wall still standing and covered in street art which is great for photos :-) The staff are really friendly and helpful. Prices perhaps a bit steep seeing as you have to pay extra for breakfast, but the location is fab if you want to discover an arty corner of a great city.

The Hostelboat could use some recovery work, but it's a fun place to stay. The rooms are very very small, but the beds are ok. Toilets are clean, but the shower is not.

Been here twice. For me this is perfect. Location beetween the coolest neighbourhoods in Berlin. The friendly and helpful staff. Some beers open air at the back of the boat. While the sun sinks into the river Spree. Coming back soon.
